The present work aims to investigate the geometrical parameters of graphite die on energy consumption needed for sintering a ZrB2 sample. Maxwell and electrical charge conservation equations are solved obtain potential current system. governing discretized by Galerkin method using finite element method. electric distribution is obtained at each geometry temperature contours obtained. results showed that height has direct effect power consumption. This can be attributed increased resistance consequent Joule heating. On other hand, increasing resulted in more uniform through sintered
